Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie's Charity Millions

Newly released tax records have shown Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donated more than $8 million to charity in 2006 alone.

The Hollywood couple gave cash to a range of good causes including Doctors Without Borders, the Global AIDS Alliance, the Daniel Pearl Foundation and the Red Cross Action Program in Namibia, where their adopted daughter Shiloh was born.

Causes donated to closer to home included help to flooded New Orleans, as well as $100,000 to Global Green U.S.A. and $20,000 to an ‘art park’ in Los Angeles.

In total, Pitt gave away $4,402,317 whilst Jolie donated $4,123,613, according to the figures quoted by the Huffington Post from newly released federal tax filings.

The totals for the last year could be even higher, with Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation raising more than $5 million alone.
