Britney Spears' Mental Hospital Bans Phones & Laptops

Bosses at the medical centre where Britney Spears was hospitalised have been banned from bringing in laptops and cell phones after staff were caught snooping over the pop wreck’s files.

The UCLA Medical centre in Los Angeles has already let go 12 members of staff as well as suspending six after finding out they had attempted to break patient privacy rules.

As a result of rule-disobeying, electronic devices such as computers and cell phones have been banned from the establishment "to enhance patient privacy and confidentiality", reports the Los Angeles Times newspaper.

Britney was hospitalised in the medical centre’s psychiatric ward at the start of Feburary after a series of bizarre incidents involving the Toxic singer.
