Arrest Warrant Issued For Shia LaBeouf

Shia LaBeouf faces arrest after failing to show up at court on Tuesday to face an unlawful smoking charge.

The Transformers star was cited for lighting up a cigarette in a non-smoking shopping area in Burbank, California last month.

The 21-year old missed his court appearance yesterday and now authorities have issued a $1,000 (£500) bench warrant for his arrest according to TMZ.

LaBeouf's latest legal troubles comes just a few months after being arrested for trespassing in a pharmacy in Chicago, Illinois.

He was charged with a public misdemeanour in November after refusing to leave the store while drunk but the charges were later dropped.
