Having thrown a jug of water over Paul McCartney’s divorce lawyer, Heather Mills is now threatening to report Fiona Shackleton to officials for professional misconduct, but the legal bigwig won’t go down without a fight.
Charity worker Mills, who yesterday walked away with £24.3 million of Macca’s fortune in a divorce settlement, claims Fiona called her names and as a result wishes to report her to the Law Society.
A source tells the Daily Mail: “Mills believes that Shackleton accused her of trying it on by appearing at one legal meeting in a wheelchair to gain sympathy.
“More than anyone else, Mills felt this woman had a personal grudge against her. She felt personally attacked by Fiona Shackleton.”
However, the legal wrangler could have the last laugh by fighting the offence. The source continued: “If Fiona Shackleton wants to, she could press for Heather Mills to be found in contempt of court.”
