Mariah Carey: 'People Think I'm A Ditzy Moron'

It seems that Mariah Carey is well aware of the contradiction inherent in the title of her new album (E=MC2) and her reputation as a dumb blonde.

"It's a dichotomy, I understand," the singer admits to Allure magazine. "I understand that people think I'm a ditzy moron.”

And despite her penchant for revealing outfits, Mariah insists she’s a “prude” who has never had a one night stand.

She says: "I'm Mary Poppins: I'm what the button-up girls are supposed to be."

The singer also freely admits to seeing herself as "eternally 12."
