Sam Lufti, the ex-manager of Britney Spears, has agreed to extend the restraining order against him that stops him from seeing his former client.
Having taken control of her assets temporarily, the pop wreck’s father Jamie Spears filed the order against Lutfi believing he was a negative influence on his daughter.
A Los Angeles judge ordered Mr Lutfi not to go within 250 yards (228 metres) of the Toxic singer.
The order, which expired today, has been extended with the one-time confidant of Britney agreeing that is it for the troubled star’s best interests.
Lutfi's spokesman Michael Sands said: "There is an agreement between Sam Lutfi and the conservatorship for the next 30 days.
"Both parties are happy and will continue to work together to further resolve any issues that may have come up in the past."
