Actors and crew on the new Harry Potter film are beginning to think the movie is ‘jinxed’ after a series of mishaps.
Shooting on The Deathly Hallows had to be halted on Wednesday after storms sweeping Britain played havoc to the film’s set in Farnham, Surrey.
This latest delay follows a series of mishaps including streakers, techincal difficulties with special effects fog – and most seriously, death threats against lead star Daniel Radcliffe.
An insider tells The Sun, “Actors are feeling the movie is jinxed. As this is the final Harry Potter film, dark forces are at work to prevent us finishing.”
Despite fears on the set Daniel was still allowed to take part in a daring stunt when his double went missing.
The brave 18-year-old survived unscathed as he was pulled from a burning building by a 100ft wire.
Producers of the movie announced yesterday the final installment of the Harry Potter film will now be released in two separate parts to ensure no vital plot lines will be excluded.
Part 1 has been penciled in for a November 2010 release.
