Madonna Leaves David Banda's Biological Father Fuming

Madonna has angered the biological father of the David Banda, the Malawian boy she adopted, by stating that he would be dead had she not rescued him.

Having caused outrage in 2006 by allegedly side-stepping the official adoption process and bringing David back to her home in Britain, the Hung Up singer has gone one step further by infuriating Yohane Banda.

In an upcoming interview with a U.S. magazine, Madonna controversially states: "He (David) wouldn't have lived if I hadn't taken him. It's not even a possibility."

However, Yohane has been left insulted by her comments, telling the People newspaper: "Madonna should choose her words a bit more carefully. To say these things about David's life before she adopted him is just not right."

Madonna’s comment may be examined at next month’s Malawian court hearing, where an official decision over the adoption case will be made by a human rights panel.
