Heather Locklear In Fake Suicide Drama

Emergency services responded to a hoax call claiming Heather Lockhear had been involved in a "suicide attempt," according to a report.

Ventura County Fire Department sent two paramedic units to the actress' California home on Saturday night after receiving a 911 alert.

The mystery call did not originate from Heather's property, and paramedics soon established there was no suicide risk.

TMZ quotes fireman Captain Barry Parker as saying officials determined there was "no problem" after speaking with the star.

Heather's reps have not yet commented on the incident.
