Madonna Snubs Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame Performance

Madonna can’t be bothered to play herself at her Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inauguration on Monday, so she’s got someone else to do it for her.

The Material Girl has reportedly invited punk rock pioneers The Stooges to play at the bash in New York, with Iggy Pop even rumoured to be singing a selection of Madonna’s own songs.

Fox News has it, “Madonna is either too busy or too famous to perform at Monday night's New York dinner for Jann Wenner's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

“Wenner must have lost his touch. In the old days, he could make inductees do anything. Instead, sources say, the Kabbalah-loving, recently refreshed Material Mom will just show up, get toasted by Justin Timberlake and be serenaded by Iggy Pop on some of her hits."
