Sam Lutfi is coming out fighting – and wants Britney Spears to help overturn a restraining order against him.
Britney’s former ‘manager’ – who is banned from going within 250 yards of the troubled pop star following drugging claims – is reportedly keen for her to take the stand when he fights his case in court.
Sam contacted Britney through a third party, according to the News of the World.
"I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her," Sam reportedly said.
"I am innocent. I am Britney's friend and would never hurt her."
Sam is expected to claim that Britney had access to drugs from other visitors to her L.A. home and generally criticise her parents during the March 17 hearing.
