As if she doesn’t have enough problems, Britney Spears was threatened with eviction from her home last month.

The troubled pop star received a letter from her landlords warning her to pay the £17,500 rent plus late payment fees or face being kicked out from her Malibu pad.

Property company Love Shack Trust said Britney would have to "surrender and deliver up possession of said premises,” if they did not receive payment.

Fortunately for Britney - whose affairs are now in the hands of her father by court ruling - she paid up and escaped further action.
