Mischa Barton hopes to escape jail when she is sentenced next month for driving under the influence and marijuana possession.
The former OC actress was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without a license this week, following her arrest in West Hollywood in December.
However, Mischa’s lawyer Anthony Salerno is confident he can cop a deal for the star before the next hearing on 10 April.
The agreement is expected to involve probation and alcohol awareness classes, reports PageSix.com.
