Pregnant Jessica Alba took a tumble backstage at the Oscars on Sunday and is astonished the paparazzi didn’t manage to capture the magic moment.

The Fantastic Four actress, who is reportedly expecting twins, is thankful her boyfriend Cash Warren was there to catch her and save the day.

She writes online: "I did have a stumble backstage outside of the green room. Cash caught one arm, the other hit the floor.

"Luckily all the photogs were taking pics of Cameron D.”

The 26-year old is in her third trimester of pregnancy, although judging by these recent photos, her baby bump looks more like a bloated belly. Click here to see.
