Amy Winehouse is already returning to her old ways following her release from rehab earlier this month, according to those close to the singer.
Family and friends are said to have held crisis talks this week over fears that the soul star is back on drugs and self-harming again.
One friend tells The Sun: “Amy’s in an awful state again - she’s clearly on drugs. Many of us think full-time residential rehab is the only option but she won’t go back.”
Another pal reveals: “She was smoking cannabis and drinking heavily as soon as she left rehab. That has now increased.
“Everyone who’s seen her in the last week or so has been really disturbed by the state she’s in. She’s getting back to her worst.
“It was hoped her new album and fashion range would keep her focused but it hasn’t worked.”
Even junkie hubby Blake Fielder-Civil - currently occupying a cell at London's Pentonville prison - has allegedly threatened to ban her from visiting him because he is convinced she is still on crack.
Earlier this week, disturbing pictures of Amy with scratches covering her arms sparked new fears that she was self-harming again.
