Pictures of Amy Winehouse with red-raw scratches on her arms have sparked concerns that the singer could be self-harming again.

The apparently fresh scarring was clearly visable as the soul star was snapped leaving Caribbean restaurant Mr Jerk in London yesterday.

Amy has spoken about indulging in self-harming sessions with husband Blake Fielder-Civil in the past.

However, it was hoped that she was finally getting her life back on track, following her rehab stay and triumphant performances at the Grammys and the Brits.
