Catherine Zeta Jones popped in to wish her Grandmother happy birthday in person – after a 4,000 day trip.

The actress travelled from Bermuda to her native Swansea, Wales in a private jet so she could catch up with her loved one on her 91st birthday.

A friend tells The Sun, “Catherine was keen to see Zeta and catch up on the family news. They love a natter.”
