Jessica Alba may get a double dose of baby joy with new reports suggesting the pregnant actress is expecting twins.

A source close to the Latina star - who is expecting her first child with fiancée Cash Warren – insists that she has revealed the news to her closest friends. 

"Knowing that she's going to have twins has turned Jessica's life upside down,” a friend told a U.S. publication. “She and Cash have had to scrap plans for a one-baby nursery and start all over again."

The insider - who also revealed the actress's due date of June 8 - maintains that although the couple know they're set to become parents to twins, they have no idea about the sex of their babies.

The source adds, "They're not sure whether they want to know the sex of the babies now or wait to be surprised."

Last month the actress appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, where she remained tight-lipped on the baby’s sex.

She said: "I might know, but I'm not saying anything.”
