Cheryl Cole’s planned crisis talks with cheating husband Ashley Cole have taken a back seat in favour of partying with her mates at the Brit Awards.

The Girls Aloud star is set to touch down in London today after a two-week getaway in Thailand and Los Angeles with bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts.

Cheryl was expected to meet with Ashley to discuss the future of their marriage but it seems that she is happy to leave him hanging a bit longer.

The Sun reports that the singer has booked a room at a West London hotel and plans to party into the night with her Girls Aloud bandmates.

A source reveals: "Cheryl is in a great mood after her holiday. And she can't wait to meet up with the rest of the band and have some fun.”

Girls Aloud are up for are up for Best Group at tonight’s awards.
