The troubled-singer gave her usual hoard of photographers an eyeful as she hit up SHU restaurant with her assistant and new security entourage in tow.

The Gimme More singer was also sporting what appears to be a bruises on her cheek and forehead. 

According to the latest reports, the mother-of-two has been struggling with her father's court-ordered control over her personal and financial affairs.

E! News claims that Spears was forced to hatch a secret meeting with pal Alli Sims - who is linked to Sam Lufti - in a dressing room at the Fred Segal boutique in West Hollywood on Friday.
