Matthew McConaughey has continued his topless crusade, by leaving little to the imagination in a new Dolce & Gabbana TV ad.

The sizzling display sees the yummy daddy-to-be set paparazzi flashbulbs going as he removes all but his pants in his hotel room after returning from a night out.

Ironically enough the new ad pokes fun at McConaughey's day-to-day life, where snappers linger in an effort to catch a shot of the Sahara star without his shirt on.
