Today could be make-or-break for Cheryl and Ashley Cole’s marriage.
The Girls Aloud singer has returned from her Thai getaway for crisis talks with her footballer husband, over claims he cheated on her with a hairdresser.
A friend close to Cheryl tells The Sun: “She feels she needs to give him a a final hearing.
“But she knows deep down that there’s nothing more he can say. He is guilty as sin and there is no excuse.
“She is feeling stronger after time away from him and has done a lot of thinking.
“Cheryl is ready to listen to him, but on her terms. She has a clear head now after the initial upset.
“Everyone is just hoping that she will keep her resolve and not wobble when she sees him again.”
Cheryl was pictured in L.A. in the last few days minus her wedding ring.
