Harry Potter star Emma Watson has laughed off reports she’s dating rocker Johnny Borrell.

Watson - who split with her ‘first love’ last October - was linked to the Razorlight singer after the pair were seen together at a showbiz bash.

However, according to the young actress it was merely a case of same place, same time.

She explains on her blog, “I met Johnny Borrell, who is modelling for Burberry at the moment, and went on to PPQ in the same cab.

"I'd never met him before so that was great. I'm a Razorlight fan. But I am really going to have to watch who I stand next to.

"Maybe I should stand next to Orlando Bloom and then we can be said to be dating!"
