A New York attorney alleges in court documents that Britney Spears is being "subjected by her parents to their complete and total control."
Lawyer Jon Eardley claims in a new motion submitted yesterday that, although the troubled singer is "prescribed medications are designed for out-patient use...she is being confined by the conservator to the private prison of her own home."
PageSix is reporting that Eardley wants Brit’s custody and conservatorship cases moved to federal court, because "it is doubtful that Ms. Spears can receive equal protection and a fair trial or hearing...because of the intense media scrutiny."
The website has also got it's mits on more court documents that reveal Brit’s brother, Bryan, has been named trustee of his famous sister’s assets. Not those ones.
