Fergie’s mother has rubbished persistent rumours that her daughter is expecting her first child.

The baby rumblings stepped up gear earlier this week when it was claimed that the Black Eyed Peas singer was bringing forward her wedding to fiancé Josh Duhamel because of the imprending arrival.

However, mom Terri Ferguson insists there’s no sneaky baby bump.

She told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show: "Nope, not at all," when asked about the pregnancy reports.

"Did you see her at the Grammys?" she added, before describing her daughter as "skinny, skinny, skinny."

As for the 'rescheduled' wedding, Terri says on behalf of her daughter, "We are not moving up the wedding.

"[They] haven't met with a wedding planner yet."
