Paris Hilton's younger brother Barron has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Police sources confirm that the 18-year-old was driving on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when he was pulled over and found to have a blood alcohol level of .14 – nearly twice the legal limit for drivers under 21.
"We can confirm that Barron Hilton was arrested under the suspicion of driving under the influence at 8.04am," L.A. County Sheriff Spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells Usmagazine.com.

Busted! - Barron Hilton leaves the Lost Hills Sheriff's station in Los Angeles after being booked for a DUI amongst other things.
He "will be released when it is safe to proceed, either by getting a ride or when he is able to drive himself."
It’s also claimed that Barron knocked down a gas station attendant prior to his arrest.
Fernando Tellez told PageSix.com: "I was knocked to the ground. The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn't walk straight."
The site also reports that his parents Kathy and Rick, and big sis Paris - who herself was arrested for DUI in 2006 - refused to put up bail, leaving his pals to spring him from jail.

Quick Exit - The heir was bailed out by friends and not his family, claim reports.
Rick said in a statement: "I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say - but it will be to my son not the media."
Barron is due in court in April.
