Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lufti has allegedly demanded money from the troubled pop-star.
In damning new court documents, Attorney Jeryll Cohen - who is representing the singer's father Jamie – claims that the Gimme More singer’s business manager, Howard Grossman confirmed that Lufti’s emailed "demands for money."
Although yet-to-be-served, a restraining order was issued against 33-year-old Lufti earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Cohen is seeking the dismissal of Grossman as Spears' manager on the basis that he ignored a court-order.
Cohen contends that despite informing Grossman that "he was not permitted to give Britney " access to money or credit cards, or to meet with Britney at this time at the [hotel] or anywhere else,” he scheduled a meeting with the 26-year-old at the Beverly Hills Hotel last week.
Cohen's new declaration also claims Grossman authorised a Mercedes to be delivered to Spears last week, despite the court order ruling that any of the singer's cars were to be released to her father's representatives.
