Brittany Murphy has sparked speculation that she is the latest celebrity to undergo a little cosmetic enhancement after she was photographed sporting oddly-shaped lips.
The Eight Mile star was snapped at New York Fashion Week (see pictures here) on Wednesday with what appeared to be an augmented upper lip.
The actress joins a long list of celebrities including Meg Ryan, Melanie Griffiths, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears who have all alledgedly turned to collagen to enhance their (lack of) pouts.

Murphy has been spotted on the arm of her husband, director Simon Monjack, at various catwalk shows during the Mercedes Benz sponsored fashion extravaganza.
