Britney Spears’ father will maintain temporary control of his daughters legal and financial affairs, a Los Angeles judge ruled yesterday.
In a 30-minute closed court session held yesterday, Commissioner Reva Goetz agreed that Jamie – who is reportedly moving in with the troubled pop-tart's Los Angeles estate - could continue taking charge of all things Britney.
Spears' father – who called the emergency hearing following the early release of the Toxic singer from a Los Angeles psychiatric hospital - was joined in court by his lawyers Jeryll S. Cohen and Vivian Thoreen, a court-appointed lawyer for Britney and Jamie's co-conservator, Andrew Wallet.
