'Britney Spears Was Drugged By Sam Lufti'

Britney Spears’ mother has painted a damning portrait of Sam Lutfi in her bid to rid the pop-star of her self-proclaimed manager.

Jamie and Lynne Spears were awarded a 22-day restraining order against Lutfi last Friday during an emergency court hearing in Los Angeles.

In a six-page declaration - which was filed by the hospitalized singer's parents at the end of last month -  Lynne claims that she and Jamie went to the Toxic singer's Beverly Hills home on January 28 after learning that the singer “was crying” after a fight with Lufti.

The troubled-singer's mother goes on to claim that things soon escalated into an intense altercation with Lufti.

The declaration reads: "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids."

Lynne also claims that Lufti is responsible for drugging the Gimme More singer.

She states, "Sam told [friend] Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included [sleeping medication] Risperdol [sic] and Seroquel.

"He told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days.

"She had been sleeping. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain."

The mother-of-three concludes that Lufti – who has reportedly had numerous restraining orders issued against him the past – became extremely aggressive. 

In the paperwork, Lynne claims he said: "I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave."

"You people throw everyone under the bus. If you don't listen to me I'm going to make your name s**t in the papers."

"If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave."

Under the terms of the restraining order, Lutfi must stay 250 yards away from Spears, her parents and siblings.
