Britney Spears’ lawyers may today challenge a court-order which awarded the troubled-singer’s father control of her affairs.
The Gimme More singer – who remains on a 14-day hospitalization order – will reportedly use her divorce/custody lawyers Trope and Trope to challenge Friday's court ruling that deemed Jamie Spears and a lawyer named Andrew Wallet co-conservators of the pop-tart's estate.
According to a U.S. website, the 26-year-old’s legal team, which now consists of attorney Adam Streisand who specializes in estate law, will request that both co-conservators be removed because of Brit’s bitter feelings towards her father.
Legal experts reveal that if Spears – who was deemed of incapable of handling her own financial affairs - does protest the latest ruling, the court may replace her father with a neutral party.
Spears’s legal team is also expected to appear in court for a scheduled hearing in the singer’s ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline over their two sons, Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.
