Britney And Lynne's Dealership Showdown

The reunited mother and daughter duo are reportedly involved in a heated altercation...

Wednesday 30th Jan 2008

Britney Spears’ reunion with her mother Lynne has come to halt because of constant bickering, claim reports.

A U.S. publication reports that Lynne – who flew into Los Angeles Monday following the singer's latest public breakdown – accompanied her 26-year-old daughter and producer-pal Sam Lutfi to a Mercedes Benz dealership in Beverly Hills Tuesday morning, where a heated argument took place.

"Lynne and Britney were arguing in the car the whole time” a witness told People.com. “They're both upset and arguing, not having a good time at all."

The trio emerged from the dealership 15 minutes later and according to the same witness, began bickering again.

"After she came out, she pulled over to the side of the road to argue with her mom more," adds the onlooker.

The previous day, Brit reportedly fled a planned family intervention at her L.A. home.

The Toxic singer “bolted from the mansion” and reunited with her paparazzi boy-toy Adnan Ghalib – before returning home at 11 p.m.

“Lynne, at one point said, 'I just want to give her a hug. I'm very worried," says a People.com source. "Lynne was so nervous and worried, she just kept asking how they could get her daughter back home."
