Britney Spears is due back in court next week to seek theraputic visitation with her sons.
The troubled singer – who currently only has phone access with her boys – is expecting to use the hearing scheduled for February 4 to formally request a meeting with Sean Preston and Jayden James.
A family law specialist tells PageSix what is likely to happen should such a meeting be granted.
"The therapist would coach Britney, and tell her what is and isn't appropriate, and give her cues on how to handle the boys if they get fussy. The visit could take place at Brit's house, or a neutral location," said the source.
In other court-related Britney news, K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has reportedly filed a motion asking the court to make Brit pay him $500,000 in attorney's fees.
That particular court date is scheduled for March 10.
