Britney Spears has been awarded phone contact with her two children, a Los Angeles judge confirmed Monday.
The Toxic singer – who is embroiled in a bitter custody battle with ex Kevin Federline - was stripped of full physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston following a heated custody standoff in January.
According to a U.S. news outlet, the 26-year-old received official word on Monday that she'll be able to talk to her kids again.
Los Angeles Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled at a court hearing last week that the troubled star can have "telephonic contact" with her children, but added, "All prior orders remain in full force and effect."
The Gimme More singer has made two failed attempts to regain visitation rights to her children. Gordon has sternly denied both motions and ruled that Spears cannot see her kids indefinitely.
