Amy Winehouse’s husband has told the singer to quit drugs show him she still loves him.

Blake Civil-Fielder - currently in jail awaiting trail for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice - says he’s delighted Amy has “finally taken my advice” and checked into rehab after pictures of her smoking crack were published.

He says in a News Of The World exclusive, “I'm so relieved she has finally taken my advice after I begged her to go into rehab.

“I want Amy to grab this opportunity in rehab so we can have a marriage and future together. Because the way she's going I really fear I will come out of prison to no wife.

"I feel if she truly loves me she will at least try to beat the drugs."

Blake himself is a long-time user of hard drugs, but he claims to have finally quit them himself during his time in prison.

But, as delighted Civil-Fielder is at Amy finally getting professional help after a ‘showdown’ meeting this week with her label, who helped her release the biggest selling album in the UK last year, he has less sympathetic words to offer for the singer’s dad - who accompanied her to rehab.

“I hate Amy's father, Mitch. My mother calls him The Fat Controller,” he rallies.

"He is on Amy's payroll. They are all on Amy's payroll. What man takes money off his daughter? Mitch ought to be ashamed.

"He should get off his arse, get his little black cab out of his drive and earn a living or do something and save his daughter."
