The wife of Britney Spears’ shutterbug boyfriend has finally woken up and smelt a love rat – and filed for a legal separation from her wandering husband.

Model-turned-beautician, AzLynne Berry has filed papers at  Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from Adnan Ghalib.

Berry - who wed Ghalib in 2003 - claims that the couple were still together when the Brummie snapper began his relationship with Brit.

She told U.S. TV news show Access Hollywood: "We were living together as man and wife when he started romancing Britney. I believed he was purely working and was trying to win her confidence for a photoshoot.

"He's broken my heart and I haven't stopped crying for two weeks. She's as much a mug as I was if she says she believes him when he says he loves her."
