Britney Spears has called an emergency hearing with a judge in what appears to be an effort to reinstate her visitation rights to her two children.
A U.S. website claims that the Toxic singer's lawyers have scheduled a session at a Los Angeles court on Wednesday morning and will be requesting that Spears be allowed "monitored visitation” to Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
The website claims that Commissioner Scott Gordon – who has repeatedly ordered Spears to undergo a ‘730’ mental check – will listen to Brit’s plan to get mental health help in a "creative way."
Spears was stripped of all custody and visitation rights following a custody standoff earlier this month, when she refused to hand her boys back to Federline following a scheduled visit.
