Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman have reportedly celebrated the birth of their first child by inducting him into Judaism with a traditional bris ceremony.
The pop-sensation - who gave birth to Max Liron Bratman on January 12 – held the Jewish naming and circumcision ceremony on Sunday.
The celebration – which is held to formalise the baby's middle name, which means 'my song' or 'my joy' in Hebrew – was attended by family and friends, who then joined the couple for a celebratory meal.
Despite being raised as a Catholic, Aguilera has been learning about Judaism since her 2005 nuptials to music executive Bratman.
