A tussled and tattered Britney Spears finally faced the music yesterday - giving a two-hour deposition in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline.
Accompanied by gal-pal, Sam Lufti, the pop-star arrived at the Century City offices of Mark Vincent Kaplan at about 10:40 a.m.
The singer – who has dodged a string of appointments for the court-ordered cross examination with K-Fed’s attorney – was later spotted leaving at 1:30 p.m. with, according to a E! News source, “a blank look on her face.”
The singer is expected to face questions about her drug and alcohol use and her parenting skills.
Kaplan plans to use testimony from Spears and other key witnesses to convince Los Angeles Commissioner Scott Gordon that his client, Federline, should retain primary physical custody of his two young sons with the pop star.
Spears has been stripped of all custody and visitation rights following a string of ill-advised incidents.
