Kate Moss Suing Mad Over 'Orgy' Allegations

Lawyers for Kate Moss have sprung into action over tabloid allegations that her 34th birthday celebrations descended into an orgy.

A Sunday newspaper claimed that the aging supermodel drew quite a crowd when she joined a man and two female models for some four-in-a-bed action in a suite at London’s Dorchester Hotel.

A ‘source’ told the U.K.’s News Of The World: “The three of them were kissing and caressing one another and about four or five other people were in the room watching.”

A rep for Kate’s modelling agency, Storm, revealed to Entertainmentwise that Kate has instructed lawyers, Harbottle and Lewis, to take legal action against the News of the World over the publication of “false and defamatory allegations in the newspaper today relating to her 34th birthday celebrations.”
