Jennifer Lopez celebrated her pregnancy in style by hosting a lavish baby shower at the Gramercy Park Hotel New York City on Saturday.

The 38-year-old was joined by husband Marc Anthony, who along with Lopez’s friend Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, hosted an array of other guests including actress Leah Remini and designer Roberto Cavalli - who reportedly gave the singer a pink leopard crib.

According to People.com, the room was decorated with pink and blue finishes, while Swarovski crystals were scattered all over.

The Get Right singer first announced she was expecting her first child with her 39-year-old husband last November.

"This is a special time in our lives," Lopez told an audience during a concert in Miami.

Both Lopez and Anthony have been keeping quiet about the sex of their unborn baby, but rumours were further fuelled last month when the couple was given matching pink and blue baby suits from the Latina's sister, Lynda.
