Britney Spears hit the town in true crazy style – suffering yet another ‘accidental’ wardrobe malfunction of the worst kind.

Sporting several barely there outfits – the pop-mess hit the Gaucho Grill in Hollywood with her paparazzi beau, Adnan Ghalib, before heading over to Ralphs and Kitson Women with her producer pal, Sam Lufti.

The singer made several outfit changes before finally emerging in torn fishnets, shades and an oversized shirt which left little to the imagination. 

Earlier on that evening, our spies reveal that Spears and Lutfi were involved in an alleged car chase where they were caught driving at speeds of up to 100 mph.

Police were quickly called to the scene and several photographers were cited and arrested - however Brit was let off scot-free.
