Amy Winehouse's Jailed Hubby Asks For A Divorce

Amy Winehouse's hubby Blake Fielder-Civil has asked her for a divorce, according to the singer’s father

Dad Mitch claims that his son-in-law was ready to call time on the eight-month marriage during a recent row with the pop skank.

'Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row,' he tells Grazia.
 
Mitch believes that Blake is being influenced by his mother, Georgette Civil, who wants troubled Amy out of her son’s life.

"Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said," Mitch continues. "I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it's up to them.

"From Amy's point of view, she would stick by him not matter what. But he has said things like, 'I want a divorce'."

Blake – who is currently being held at London’s Pentonville Prison on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice – was said to have been furious after his missus enjoyed a New Years getaway with ex-boyfriend George Roberts – and then spent the night in a hotel room with producer pal, Mark Ronson.
