Britney Spears Declares: 'I'm Scared' And Flees Court

Britney Spears’ custody rights have been revoked indefinitely, a court commissioner ruled Monday, after the pop-star missed yet another scheduled hearing in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federline. 

A court spokesman revealed that Federline - who testified alongside five others at the proceedings which narrowed-in on Spears’ January 3 standoff with police, firefighters and paramedics at her Studio City home - will maintain sole physical custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, "indefinitely."

"The word victory is not something Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to this situation," Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, revealed after the hearing. "His hope is that he will be able to parent the children at some point in the future with participation from the mother."

Whilst Spears did make an afternoon appearance (see pictures here) at the courthouse, she soon left after screaming “No!” as police tried to usher her out of the car.

”I’m scared” yelled Spears “I want to get in the car. I'm going in the car.”

The Toxic singer was later snapped attending the Little Brown Church near her home in Studio City with boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, where she stayed for only a brief time.

"She wasn't even there for long, just in and out," said assistant pastor Michael Kosik "I think she just needed to get away."

The singer later lunched with Ghalib and manager Sam Lufti before returning to her Studio City home.

"Britney was very quiet and seemed sad and upset," Brit's waitress revealed. "She wore her sunglasses inside.She seemed drained."

A trial is set for April and the next hearing is scheduled for February 19.
