Drew Barrymore doesn't understand why she's considered a Hollywood beauty - because she's struggled with acne her whole life.

The Charlie's Angels star claims she faces a daily battle to keep her skin under control.

She says: "My only beauty recommendation is zit cream. I couldn't live without it. I get zits all the time and they annoy me more than anything else in the world. I've used every face wash, acne cream, everything."

Drew admits she still lacks confidence in her appearance.

She adds: "It's so funny because people say, 'You've got such great skin', and I'm like, 'Are you kidding?'

"I guess now I'm getting older I'm getting more wrinkles to go with the pimples.

Sometimes now, I think I'm starting to look like something out of Night of the Living Dead!"
