Eva Longoria has revealed that she has no reservations about suing the bosses of a Los Angeles news agency, after they published a report which suggested her husband cheated on her with a model.

Celebrity website x17 ran a series of reports which claim that NBA star Tony Parker indulged in a sordid affair with Alexandra Paressant - going as far to publish a series of text messages allegedly sent by Parker to the model.

"It's easy when things aren't true” said the 32-year-old. "This is the first time Tony and I have had to sue someone over something. It was just so far-fetched and so false."

However the pint-sized starlet insists that her marriage with Parker is getting better by the day.

"He plans a lot of surprises" she added. He's been planning my birthday, which is in March, for the past six months. And he has our first year anniversary gift already."
