Hilary Duff is the latest singer to get caught out lip-synching during a ‘live’ show.

The Duffster suffered an embarrassing mishap during a recent concert when she began singing before her backing-track kicked in.

The singer joins an illustrious list of lip-synchers, topped by Ashlee Simpson who famously resorted to doing a gig when her backing-track started playing the wrong song during her spot on Saturday Night Live.

Early this month, it emerged that Miley Cyrus uses a body double during live performances whilst she makes costume changes.
