Sarah Greene Makes Early Exit From Dancing On Ice

Sarah Greene’s dreams of a TV comeback were in tatters last night, after the veteran presenter became the first celebrity to be booted off Dancing On Ice.

Greene faced a nerve-wracking skate-off after she was voted into the bottom two along with sometime singer, Samantha Mumba.

But her performance failed to impress the judges, who decided the save Mumba.

Despite her early exit from the competition, Greene kept smiling and vowed to carry on ice-skating.

She said: "Can I just say what a privilege it has been to be involved in this programme? I just take issue with one thing and that is when you say we're 'hanging up our skates'.

"I have discovered a new past-time and the only good thing about being out is I get to go back to my Slough ice rink and skate more."
