George Clooney has responded to the news that Nicole Kidman is pregnant by saying she will make ‘a perfect mother.’
George & Nicole have been friends for years, with the actress famously betting her pal $10,000 that he would still be a bachelor when he turned 40 in 2001.
He told People at last night's Critics' Choice Awards: "I'm thrilled for her. [She'll be] a perfect mother."
"She'll be great. She'll be a tall mother."
He also reportedly added cheekily, "At least she is older than 16."
Nicole’s rep confirmed yesterday that the actress is expecting her first child with husband, Keith Urban.
She is already mom (or rather ‘Nicole’) to her two adopted kids with Tom Cruise, Isabella, 15, and 12-year-old Connor.
