Vivica A. Fox: 'There Is No Sex Tape'

Vivica A. Fox has denied reports that she is the latest celebrity to be caught up in a sex tape scandal.

Last week, rumours surfaced that a video showing the actress performing oral sex on an unidentified man was doing the rounds on the net.

However, Vivica's rep Lita Richardson dismissed the claims, telling The BV Newswire, "It is not true."

The sex tape rumour appears to have been started by Atlanta-based blogger Sandra Rose, who wrote that an "apparently inebriated" Vivica was "surreptitiously taped" while performing fellatio on a  man, who then emailed the footage to his friends.

The footage supposedly ended up in Vivica's inbox, which is when the Atlanta Police Department allegedly became involved.

Atlanta radio DJ Porche Foxx - who claimed to be a friend of the actress - appeared to confirm the story when she revealed on her show that detectives wanted to question her about the matter

Foxx has since backtracked, saying, "I never said Vivica Fox made a sex tape. I said 'friend of mine' and 'it's been rumored.'"

"I didn't even mention Vivica Fox's name...I'm not sure how this took off but it did."
